Supply Chain Risk Management
Even before the signing of E.O. 14107, Executive Order on America’s Supply Chains, in February 2021, Sapheiros has been assisting government customers with identifying the multitude of threat vectors that could jeopardize critical supply chains and developing risk mitigation strategies and attack countermeasures to safeguard products, services, and IT infrastructures. Sapheiros works with government organizations to recognize that procurement processes are more than transactional events; there are serious security implications that plague vulnerable supply chains. Addressing these threats is just one group’s responsibility; it takes a team. Sapheiros helps government customers bridge gaps between various organizational sectors (e.g., cybersecurity, physical security, human resources, accounting, logistical, and procurement personnel) and open dialogue among these groups to develop more robust and secure supply chain risk management programs.
